Director of Electronic Health Records

Ms. Yang RN MSN is the Director of Electronic Health Records and comes with vast knowledge and experience in the correctional health industry. She has navigated her way through the New York State department of corrections since 2012 where she began as a Health Services Administrator at Green Haven Correctional Facility. Yelena has worked in many different capacities throughout the years, such as an ADON, Clinical Operations, and now a director role position. She brings much experience in correctional processes, standards, and building an electronic healthcare record (EHR) that is specific to a site. 

Yelena has a proven track record of overseeing multi-site healthcare operations, optimizing patient care, and driving efficiency in both hospital and correctional settings. With a strong background in clinical care, budget management, and workforce development, she has led high-performing teams and implemented innovative healthcare solutions that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Yelena has Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University (NYU). Yelena is known for her results-driven approach, commitment to regulatory standards, and her ability to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency.
