Mr. Balzola serves as WTS HEALTH'S President of Business and Partnership Development by identifying new opportunities, solidifying existing partnerships while integrating his vast knowledge and expertise into the corporation. As an innovative and results-driven healthcare executive with extensive experience in correctional healthcare operations, financial management, and clinical leadership, Juan demonstrates conjunction to create a well-run stabilized healthcare system. His dedication, dependability, and diligent professionalism with a proven track record of driving financial and clinical performance, he has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar healthcare divisions, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. 

Juan leads an operational team spanning up to six states, managing over $22 million in revenue and 16 contracts. His strategic vision has been instrumental in expanding operations, optimizing efficiencies, and enhancing compliance with national accreditations. Previously, Juan worked for Corizon Health, Inc for over 7 years during that time, he served as a licensed re-entry coordinator bridging behavioral health, public health, and correctional systems to support individuals during their transition from jail to community-based services.

Juan holds a master's degree in multilingual education from Vanderbilt University, prior to his work in the corrections Industry, he was a translator. Juan is an asset to WTS HEALTH and has been an integral part of the development and growth of this organization.
