Evelyn is a results-driven healthcare executive with vast experience in optimizing operational performance and aligning organizational strategies for growth. With a proven track record in senior leadership roles, Evelyn has successfully managed multiple-disciplinary teams, overseen large-scale contracts, and led business development initiatives. She has demonstrated expertise in performance amplification, financial management, compliance and resource allocation, focusing on improving workforce analytics and enhancing operational efficiency.

Evelyn's qualifications also include a strong background in Health strategy planning with a master's degree in health administration from George Mason University. In addition to her academic credentials, Evelyn holds certifications in Phlebotomy and Medication Administration, further strengthening her ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. As part of this oversight, Evelyn has a significant responsibility in contracting services, which includes developing requests for proposals (RFP), reviewing proposals, negotiating procurement, and monitoring contracts for a variety of statewide programs.
