Director of Human Resources

Shelly Thomas is a dedicated HR Professional with a Master of Arts in Human Resources from University of Miami Florida. She brings both strong formal education and practical hands-on experience to this leadership role compiled of 20+ years of experience in the prison health management industry. 

Prior to joining WTS HEALTH Shelly was Chief of Human Resources for then Health Management Associates of Arkansas from 1980 to 1986 working with the corporate leadership team to set the company’s human resources strategy. Shelly helps to build a company culture that attracts, develops and retains employees who provide stellar care to WTS HEALTH's clients.
