Chief of Staff

Ms. Bucci serves as Chief of Staff at WTS HEALTH, with various responsibilities. She assists the Director of Human Resources in employee relations, benefits, and recruiting. Her role includes developing policies and procedures, helping establish new WTS HEALTH sites, managing payroll, and other responsibilities.

She brings to WTS HEALTH 12 years of leadership and administrative experience within healthcare. Prior to joining WTS HEALTH, Lidia served as a Chief of Staff right-hand executive to the Warden for the Women's Bernadette Building for Rhode Island Department of Corrections.

She also assisted with the oversight of the RIDOC Hospital contracts. Lidia holds a master's degree in criminal justice from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
