Deepak is a Certified Correctional Health Professional who has been working in the healthcare field since 1994, with 20 of those years heavliy invested in juvenile detention correctional institutions. Deepak has years of experience in regulatory requirements, ACA and the NCCHC standards and procedures. Over his term in correctional healthcare, he has created a juvenule rehabilitation rather than punishment program aiming to correct behaviors during cognitive development, a community based program centered around the physcology of a youth offender as well implemented effective training and performance management initiatives to counsel offenders of all ages.

Deepak has poineered his programs in to multiple jails and institutions nationwide.

In his current role at WTS HEALTH, he oversees contractual obligations, monitors operational performance and assures care compliance remains at the forefront of the organization. Deepak sustains strong working relationships with all facility administration, WTS HEALTH employees,  correctional officers, contracted personnel and outside agencies and vendors.

His commitment to excellence and continous improvement derive from his world travels. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Gulbarga University. Previously, Deepak served as a Certified Project Management Professional for the state government central district of Sanganer in Rajasthan. Deepak has over 2 decades of experience leading capital expenditure and infrastructure projects worth 50 million dollars in the aluminum, cable, and optical fiber industries with prime clientele being for the prison system in Delhi, India
